So, anyone else familiar with the video game HELLDIVERS 2? I don’t play the game. I didn’t know there was a HELLDIVERS 1. I don’t plan on playing the game. Yet, I’m bombarded by its popularity. But I don’t seem to mind it much.
HELLDIVERS makes me think of a spoof on Starship Troopers (the movie, not book) in a team-play video game format. The campy cheese nature of the franchise tickles my funny bones and inspires me.
SIDE NOTE: Yes, Starship Troopers was based on a novel. Yes, I’ve read the novel. No, it doesn’t feel like the same kind of cheesey campiness as the film. I actually found myself quite enjoying the book for the philosophical reasonings and deeper thinking it presented. Okay, it was chuckle-worthy when Rico (officer in training) is late for his own assignment because he ran into his dad, who is basically a new recruit, then has to explain to his higher-ups why he’s off schedule.
The thing that gets my AuDHD brain in a happy, creative tizzy is the use of “Liberty.” It’s an exclamation of pain, sorrow, or longing, among other scripted emotions. In honor of good old sweet liberty, I’ve created something: WRAP AROUND MUG ASSETS! 😍

There are 10 variations of the standard LIBER-TEA and SWEET LIBER-TEA is in the works. 😉
I haven’t been approved as a designer for Creative Fabrica yet, so I can’t post it as a freebie there. That’s mostly why I’ve drug my feet on actually announcing anything I’ve been working on. I’ll most likely post the listing on Etsy within the week.
Still being new to providing digital products, I’m curious about something! Please, comment and let me know what you all prefer when it comes to procuring digital assets.
